1.本課圍繞介紹動(dòng)物特性進(jìn)行知識(shí)擴(kuò)展閱讀活動(dòng)和交流活動(dòng)。
2.本課以學(xué)科融合的形式進(jìn)一步圍繞動(dòng)物特性進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)。
3.通過兒歌學(xué)習(xí)字母er組合在詞匯中的讀音。

1.能夠正確理解語篇。
2.能夠就動(dòng)物的特性討論，并進(jìn)行適當(dāng)擴(kuò)展。
3.能夠正確讀出單詞中er的發(fā)音，并能夠朗讀兒歌。
三、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)
1.本課的教學(xué)重點(diǎn)是： 進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)和擴(kuò)展介紹動(dòng)物特性的詞匯和表達(dá)法，尤其是了解Monarch Butterfly（黑脈金斑蝶）的生活習(xí)性，并真對其相關(guān)特征運(yùn)用所學(xué)語言進(jìn)行交流和表達(dá)。 感知和學(xué)習(xí)字母組合er在單詞中的讀音規(guī)則。
2.本課的教學(xué)難點(diǎn)是：正確理解A項(xiàng)閱讀材料。

3.學(xué)生和教師用單詞卡片；

情境教學(xué)法、聽說法、翻譯法、語言交際法
六、教學(xué)步驟:
1.Review the words Sort game
T: country/direction/continent/language/animal…
2.T: What’s your favourite animal? What kind of animal is it? What do you know about it?...
3.T: Do you like butterflies? What kind of animal are butterflies?
4.Ask the Ss to read the passage and underline the new words.
5.Ss discuss and learn the new words in group of four.
6.Ask the Ss some question about this passage.
7.Match the question and the answers on the book.
8.Do part B in pairs.
9.Part C. Ask the Ss answer the questions first, then write them on the book.
10.Try to read the chant in part D.
11.Homework: Part D
